A Selvaneri of Namneri who fell from grace long ago, ultimately rejected his patron's notion of death's inevitability, thinking his enforcing of it to be cruel and unjust. Nosmarka could sense the swaying of the Selvaneri's devotion after centuries of servitude, and merely tipped the scales to push him over the edge. Gresnos thus was cast out of Syelden, and taken in under the wicked wings of Nosmarka, rebuilt as an antithesis to the divine he once served.
