Refund policy

  • Confirmation: Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you an email confirmation with detailed return instructions and the return address.
  • Solutions: Depending on the situation (e.g., a defect or incorrect item), we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Product State: Products must be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Nature of 3D Prints: Minor surface variations intrinsic to 3D printing (such as faint layer lines or minor support contact marks) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Major transit damage or manufacturing errors are covered under our free replacement policy, while negligible production artifacts may not qualify for a full refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

  • Timeline: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned products, we will process your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal.
