Welcome to Loot Lair. This website and online store are owned and operated by Loot Lair (KVK: 42037942), based in the Netherlands. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Loot Lair. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

 

1. Online Store Terms

  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

2. Products and Custom 3D Printing

  • Print on Demand: All miniatures and models are printed on demand. Our standard processing time is 1–4 business days, though large orders may take 1–2 weeks to fulfill.
  • Nature of 3D Prints: Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface imperfections may occur despite rigorous quality control. The buyer may need to perform minor cleaning or light sanding at support contact points.
  • Assembly: Most models require assembly. Standard superglue or resin-specific adhesives are recommended, as some standard household glues may not bond effectively to UV resin.

3. Pricing and Modifications

  • We categorize our miniatures primarily by their Base Size to ensure consistency with official TTRPG systems. Exceptional or "Epic" models (towering sizes or wide wingspans) are priced higher due to increased print time and material costs.
  • We aim to offer fair, consistent pricing without artificial "sale" tricks.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Our shipping rates, delivery estimates, and free shipping thresholds for the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, and the rest of Europe are defined in our Shipping Policy.
  • Once an order is shipped via PostNL or DHL, exact delivery timelines are handled by the courier. Courier delays are outside our control.
  • Import Taxes: For international shipments outside the European Union (such as the UK), any local customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements

  • Cancellations: Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, modifications or cancellations must be requested immediately via our website chat or email (info@lootlair.nl). Once processing is advanced, cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken or damaged due to transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic proof of the damaged product and original packaging to receive a free replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site is the property of Loot Lair or its content suppliers.
  • Licensing: Loot Lair is an officially licensed physical printer of DM Stash and Rescale Miniatures models. Digital sculpts and original designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective creators. You may not resell, distribute, or recast our physical prints for commercial purposes without explicit authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loot Lair shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, the assembly of our products, or the inability to use the products purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
